  I would like to say thank you to Tim and tray for the awesome job they done installing unit and replacing duct work,those are 2 hardworking gentlemen and focus on detai,if you want it done right call Hartley now,5 stars all the way.

  I want to recommend Hartley's to anyone looking for heat and AC services. They are reliable fast and trustworthy. They replaced our unit in no time. It was a far better and more efficient unit than I had before. The price was right too. Chris did a great job and was friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for a great job!!

  Wasn't sure how to give no stars. Do not call! I spent almost $11,000. with them installing 2 new units at my house as well as ductwork. 3 days later, on a Saturday night of course, I had water pouring through the ceiling of my guest room due to improper installation of the air handler. Drain pan wasn't level so all the water poured out of it instead of through the drain . After my second phone call , they did come and level the pan. I have since learned there should not be any water and it was there because of a missing part. I had a huge mess to clean up and didn't even get an apology from Chris. It's been almost a year and he still has not repaired the ceiling or paid for damage to two pieces of luggage. UPDATE: after seeing this review, Chris Hartley called and apologized, for what that's worth. 1 year and 4 months later, he sent a $115 check for damage suitcases. Still no repair to ceiling. UPDATE: As of May 2021, I'm told the business has been sold. Not sure if the new owner kept the Hartley name but I understand he is a reputable person and this review should not reflect on him.
