  Guys were great. Came through nearly the next day and were very reasonable. Called Royal Air first and they were going to charge me $200 or so travel time ($145 an hour drive from Keyser to Purgitsville and then charge me $145 an hour drive time back to their shop!). I couldn't justify that when Royal also said it was going to also likely have an expensive repair. I called Warren here and he came out right away and he and Randy did a fantastic repair on my heat pump, inside and outside. They charged me less for the repair than Royal was going to charge for driving; less than half as much in fact. Heater works great now. Highly recommend these guys at Hartheson. Turns out they even helped build my house. Great knowledgeable crew.
