  I called for service on my heating system and was initially told that they were booked out a week, the same as for five other contractors. But Sharon Hart said they would call if they had a cancellation. Two hours later they called and said they could send out a technician today. To make it short, Tom Hart was able to find parts and repair the heater in two hours. My son lives in the house and is ill so getting this type of response was extraordinary. We are both so grateful. Service was responsive, professional and cost effective. We highly recommend the Hart company for your heating and cooling service.

  We've been doing business with Hart for more than 30 years. They have always done good work for us. Fast, friendly and reliable. Came out today bad road conditions when most of the town was shut down to make sure we had heat when our old furnace wouldn't work. Definitely above and beyond service.

  I don't know what the other reviewers are referring to. Service man Brian was very kind and also funny! He knew what he was doing when he came to fix the cooling at our store. They were able to get out right away and get everything fixed quickly.
