  Josh has serviced us on a couple of occasions at a couple of houses. Professional and honest in his assessments of your units. He has even talked me through an issue so I could fix it myself to save me some money on a service call, I would definitely recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.

  We were at our place in shellman bluff for the weekend and turned the heat off then turned the AC on. We went to the store and when we got back home it was hot and the ac was not on. We kept working with it and the heat to see if it would come on and never did. We did not know anyone around so I started googling and saw Harris Neck heating and air and all of the great reviews and how good Josh was. I told my husband so he called and didn't get an answer but in just a few minutes his phone rang and it was Josh returning his call. This was on a Saturday evening . Josh came that same evening and tried to fix it but didn't have exactly what he needed because it is such an old part. He told us he would come back during the week and work on it. He called my husband and told him what it was how many parts and how much it would cost. He fixed it and when we got back it was working perfectly. We thought his price was fair and very reasonable. We thank Josh for his expertise and quick response. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone.
