  It was a wintery Sunday morning when my in-laws furnace quit working. We knew what part had failed but did not know where to get one. After some internet research and a few failed attempts to purchase the part, we contacted Harris Heating and Cooling. Nolan was extremely understanding and found the part that was needed. He had a job booked but made the part available for pickup. My in-law's furnace was up and running by noon. The best customer service I have encountered. Thank You Nolan.

  Nolan was awesome! Came out during a snowstorm and fixed our boiler! Called three local businesses and he was the only one that responded. Would definitely recommend. He is fair, honest and professional. Would definitely use his services for new installation or repair!

  Our furnace was having issues on a 4 degree night. Nolan Harris was referred to us by a friend the next day and we called. Nolan was over that day before noon. It took him less than 10 minutes to know what was wrong. He explained our options and completed the work shortly thereafter. The work is professional, neat, and clean. Extremely satisfied, it made a potentially crummy scenario pleasant and affordable.
