  I have used Harris AC for the last 4 years as they maintained our aging 2 unit Heating and AC system. They have always provided expert advice and guidance when our systems experienced issues, all due to age. Harris Air Services recently installed our brand new AC and Heating system and air exchangers on our two story Frisco home. Preston Carson, our Harris AC tech, spent a good portion of the day with the install crew installing the new system. Preston gave us options on our new system, and helped us make the right decision on our purchase. Very thorough! I can’t praise Preston and the Harris Air Services group on their continued professionalism and excellent work! I highly recommend Harris Air Services and their techs!!

  I want to thank Preston, his coworker, the receptionist who took my call first thing this morning, and the owner of this company for serving the Mckinney community with diligence, good service, and a fair and honest price for their service. Preston serviced our broken furnace unit this morning. What a delightful man he was from the start. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, diligent, hard working, and a true BLESSING to our home and our broken furnace. He had our furnace running in no time. I really liked how he was in touch with his boss, the owner of the company, throughout his diagnostic testing. I felt both Preston and his boss had our best interest in mind as their customers. Also, as we brainstormed payment options, Preston worked with me on the spot giving me quotes and letting me choose what best suited our family budget needs. I loved that too. I want to thank the receptionist who picked up my call this morning as well. She was extremely helpful as I shared my concerns and furnace problems with her. She insured Harris company could help us to the best of her abilities. Indeed, they all helped us in a great way today. I’ve used this company for about 15 years and they have never disappointed. Thank you to all the Harris personnel for your GREAT service.

  We have used Harris Air for a couple of years ever since they saved the day after our A/C randomly went out in the hot summer when my wife was pregnant. They are quick, responsive, and helpful. They always make sure we understand what we’re getting and understand our equipment. Thomas was our tech today and was very helpful, very friendly, and arrived right on time. Definitely recommend.
