  The Lady That answer the phone was very rude, I have her on recorder because I felt her attic threw the phone, She told me Which I live in a rural area, They are about 50 miles no more, She told me it would be a week or 2 I said ok, So as I asked her to put me on schedule She began to have a nasty attitude and told me she couldn’t help me remind you some parts are still under warranty, She lied and said she would call back, She even had me to call the mobile home ppl to verify, My warranty information. She literally sounded frustrated, and and She Told me she couldn’t help me and couldn’t even give me a day, And Proceeded and hung up in my Face, I have her on recording because when I call the first like I said, She act as if she didn’t want to be bother so I over looked it… Sorry You guys my money wasn’t good enough.

  Very Rude business. Do not use this company. I was rudely hang up on when discussing scope of work and had to deal with attitude. I would not recommend.
