  what a scam! took 200.00 from us for an icemaker that he said he replaced., which he did not., never worked, SAID he ordered another one., 6 weeks of lies and lies and lies., He is going to make it right and blah blah., I would love to take him to small claims court so he can be held accountable., why all the lies?? i even ask for the tracking number of the part he said was faulty,. More lies . 1st he said part was coming to his home, then a supplier and everytime i called he was in birmingham and was checking on said part at a store?? i begged him to at least refund half of the money. NOTHING. please do not use this business. He is a con artist.

  Called on Monday morning and Harrell came the same day with in a couple hours, explained why my fridge was not cooling and showed me how to fix it in the future. Very professional and helpful.

  Dexter was awesome I bought a used washing machine and never worked right and as it turns out I never turn the cold water on just the hot so that's why it wasn't working right and he was just going to turn around and not charge me anything and I said no you got better things to do and spent 20 minutes over here looking at something and leave without being paid so I paid him but he's definitely knowledgeable on time and will not rip you off highly recommended !!
