I called right before Thanksgiving 2021weekend and did not get them but left message. They returned call in couple days. Family was sick. The woman was apologetic, professional and very nice. We quickly got an appointment made for the next day. Bruce arrived, and completed the job in 30 minutes. He was very professional and even better yet gave me the good news my heater should be good for many years and was running great. Huge happy dance and thanks. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I got 6 quotes from various installers for an HVAC replacement, but Bruce spent 2 hours taking measurements, analyzing the ductwork in my house, and talking me through the considerations. Besides a highly competitive quote, Bruce's technical expertise and diligence convinced me to choose his company. The team that did the work was further confirmation of a great choice, and I've been a pleased customer. 2 weeks later, Bruce still checks in and asks for feedback, which goes to show, he's not simply trying to make a quick sale. Highly recommended for installation/repair/servicing!

Very poor company to deal with. Promised to donate and install a new furnace. I've had several back surgeries this past year and on Social Security disability. They made me wait throughout the summer to almost a year and then had excuses, they showed up once and said I didn't answer. Why would I not answer when they are providing a donated new furnace? I sit in my recliner 5 ft from the front door and my dog would have got an excited that somebody was at the front door. But no, they left a posted note on my mailbox saying they were there. I called to find out where they were and they told me they were out and I didn't respond. I went out and I got the Note, while I was on the phone with them and he said that the guy saw me take the note from the mailbox but couldn't turn around and come back because he was on a paid run now. After that they had every excuse in the world why they could not come out again and then ghosted me. I have text, called left voicemails, emails entered info on their website To this day they have never replaced the furnace or called to see if I'm all right. I was wondering why they didn't want any publicity when I said I would go out of my way to let a great thing they are doing. They told me that they are good Christians and just paying it forward. I had to borrow money from people and find another company iony to pay for a new furnace. Shame on you! If they are a good Christians, Melissa and Bruce I hope God knows what you did to me!!
Response from the owner
This entire situation is so sad. We never thought this would be the outcome of trying to help the less fortunate by donating our time, money, products and services to those in need. Here is our perspective: We promised to install a furnace for Mr. Barrett at NO COST to him. We agreed to purchase a new unit and install it 100% at our expense. Unfortunately, Covid infiltrated our company and put our schedule behind by two weeks. We were in contact with Mr. Barrett the entire time. On the agreed upon day of installation, we even sent two trucks to ensure the installation for Mr. Barrett would be completed that day. We were already behind on several other projects, but we were determined to stand by our word and help Mr. Barrett as promised. When our crews arrived, they rang the doorbell and knocked on the door several times. Our crew leader also called from two different phone numbers, yet still there was no response from Mr. Barrett. At this time, the crew leader called our office, and notified our dispatcher. They were then instructed to walk around the house and see if anyone was home. If not, leave a note on the front door. They were on site for approximately 20-30 minutes trying to get a response from Mr. Barrett so they could install the furnace - again, for free. After leaving the note, the crews were dispatched to complete another installation. About an hour later Mr. Barrett called our office and said he was home the whole time and must not have heard the door. We informed him we dispatched the crew to another installation. At this time Mr. Barrett became quite agitated, irrational and belligerent. He proceeded to call our crew liars; saying they never knocked on the door or called. He was constantly contradicting himself. I was personally on the phone with our crew lead while they were at his home. After the verbal abuse levied by Mr. Barret to us, I ended the call. He then called back repeatedly, day and night, saying he was sorry, and finally that he would destroy our reputation. This all took place over a matter of a couple days. While we were trying to fit his installation into our schedule, Mr. Barret left a final message that he "got someone else to do it." We are extremely sorry how this situation worked out. We were only trying to help someone out by donating our time and money and now we are dealing with this. I sincerely hope Mr. Barrett gets the help he clearly needs and we wish him nothing but the best.
