  I was very pleased with the team at Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning in providing me with a positive experience in purchasing a new HVAC system for my home.   As positive an experience as possible. Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning scheduled for same day and later called that he could be earlier than expected. James was so professional and so nice. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and got the house cooling by several degrees before he left. Very reasonable charges, and just an all around good experience.   Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning are there for you when you need them the most and I know from experience. My system developed a serious problem that required immediate replacement. That was several years ago at the coldest time of that year and between Christmas and New Years. They worked in bitter cold to get me up and running. I will not forget their response, professionalism.
