  Hansen Mechanical was assigned through my warranty company on a service request submitted on line last night at 7PM - first thing this morning, received notification, estimated arrival & tracking opportunity. Had A/C issue, ended up a capacitor problem. The technician did respond & fix issue all by noon! If that isn't courteous, professional & expedited service, I don't know what is! Would recommend & a most appreciative customer. Thanks again Hansen!

  STAY AWAY!!! They put a faulty AC unit in my home. I understand this can happen but it is has been how they handled it that has me at wits end. First season- no freeon on a brand new unit… made up some excuse about “these things happen”… next season same issue… their response “must have a leak”… they put dye in and we’ll check.. Next season same issue. Tried to fix leak… cut and soldered pipes, more dye. Etc. etc. Next season same issue (all along I’m paying for this service and freeon $$$) this has been going for several seasons… can’t seem to solve problem so what do they do?... won’t call me back!!!!..tells me that they are done with this issue, “they didn’t make the unit”… so this is now MY problem??? They are taking zero responsibility. Might be a good company if everything goes fine (but aren’t they all?) it’s when you have a problem like this that you really find out who has integrity and who doesn’t… they don’t!
