  I had my thermostat replaced last summer by Josh Sornson. He did this work on the side, but showed up in the Hansen work truck. Josh is very unprofessional, also very rude when I called to explain that my house wasn’t cooling. I’ve been calling for the past 6 months with no answer or call back. I find this very unprofessional. I ended up replacing it myself. Josh represents Hansen. Hopefully this type of employee isn’t the type Hansen hires.

  called Tuesday3/29 after hours, and the gentleman that answered was completely rude. My husband and I have a child that has health problems. Explained that our AC wouldn’t turn on and we needed it working for our son. I was told that he did not have time to come out. Also told me that this was the after hours emergency number and I needed to call back tomorrow to get on the schedule. I ended up calling All hours. All hours didn’t have a problem coming out.

  I tried calling 3 times, I’m not sure if they could not hear me. The first time I couldn’t hear the gentleman,2nd time I called the guy yelled in the phone HELLO sounded rude and put out. The 3rd time my call was rejected and went to voicemail. The gentleman’s name on the voicemail was Josh. Thanks to him I decided to use another company for my services.
