  After they installed our AC system in our house on Manitowish Lake and we paid them, I tried to contact owner Don Hansen about servicing the gas heaters in my two hangars at the airport, which he said previously he would do after our AC job. I found him totally unresponsive. I left several messages on his voice mail asking for a call back. No response. The last time we called his wife answered the phone and she said she would have her husband call me back. After two weeks, no response. I gave up and called someone else, who was there in 3 days and did a fine job. Another guy I know told me his experience with Hansen is similar. If Hansen is too busy to do the work or changed his mind and doesn't want to do it, it would take him all of 15 seconds to call me and tell me that and I wouldn't waste anymore time trying to contact him. If he won't do that, then he does not deserve my business or yours.
