  I called on a Sunday and they came to the rescue. It turned out to be a breaker issue. Instead of charging me out the roof to flip a switch, he charged me $25. The repair man was very polite and Knowledgeable about my unit. He was informative showing me what to do to maintain it. I would highly recommend this company. ~

  I contacted Hansen on a Thursday afternoon. They had me on the schedule to get a quote on Friday morning. By Friday afternoon at 3:00pm, my brand new unit was installed and running! They are very fast, efficient, and professional. The crew that worked on our house was very quick and answered all of our questions.
