  I have used Hansen Heating and Air twice and currently a member of the SAM plan so they can proactively look at your system in the Summer and Winter and minimize or eliminate risks to your system before they become an issue. On the two service calls I have made they were able to respond same day and diagnose/fix issue the same day. Techs are quick in and out and if willing to educate you at the source of the problem and provide feedback on prevention steps to take with your system if interested for DIY types.

  Our air conditioner went out and they came out that day, evaluated the problem and replaced our system the same day. Three days later, after a hericane, they came out immediately and reconnected loose wires. Excellent professional service from the office staff to the service providers. Highly recommend this company

  Last summer m my air conditioning went out . I called Hansen Heating and air repair service. The service was quick and efficient. The technician was professional a nd friendly. The replacement part was a little expensive, but I was able to pay the balance time. I have had no additional problems with the unit. I recommend them highly.
