From the sales all the way to the installation they were courteous and professional. I had worked 12 hours the night before I simply just opened my front door and I went to work trying to be as quiet as they could why they installed a whole unit. They tapped on my door when they were finished and I was very pleased. On another note when Chad was getting started real world and Mobile my sister Recommended his company because they were using it at Prudential Cooper. Chad came out on a Sunday and all I’ve got to say is this man really took care of my issue that’s why I decided to use his company no matter what when I went for a complete system. Good people

Hansen H&A is an outstanding company. I have never made more than one phone call to receive service for my needs the next day. Their employees are courteous and informative. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

A 5+ rating for Hanson Mike Edwards, Philp Q, and the Hanson Heating and Air company. I have always had exceptionally good experience with Hanson. Many people in our neighborhood use Hansen for all AC repairs and replacement. Hansen is fair honest and very cost effective. I had issues with my previous AC contractor, and I am GLAD I switched to Hanson Heating and Air. I have two Trane AC units in my house, a 2.5-ton AC downstairs installed in 2015 by Don H, and a 3.0-ton AC upstairs installed in 2019 by Hanson. On June 5, 2018, my XL624 thermostat failed in the heat pump mode. The XL624 thermostat required WARRANTY reprogramming repairs. As Don H was no longer a Trane Certified Comfort Specialist (TCCS) his repair options a). XL624 warranty repair - $278, b). client swap with Trane representative, or c). replace unit with a XL850 for $700. All these options did not work. Don H did not touch the thermostat but immediately collect his $78 service call fee for service advice ONLY. What should have happened was for Don H to abstain and recommend a TCCS company to conduct the warrant repairs. See BBB reference compliant on Don H ID # 85080538. I call finally call HANSON, the new TCCS representative. Technician Michael Edwards arrived and agreed the Trane thermostat was the problem. To correct the problem Michael removed the Trane thermostat, replaced it with a Honeywell temporary thermostat. Hanson returned June 6th to install a reprogrammed replacement Trane thermostat for $100. The repair by Don H would have been $278 ($78 + $200). The Trane unit was repaired UNDER WARRANTY as originally requested and at a good price. The client is happy, and house is very cool. This is GOOD service. In 2019 I replaced my upstairs unit with a 3.0-ton Trane with the XL850 thermostat for $1000 less than I paid Don H for a 2.5-ton unit in 2015! Hanson also corrected problems with AC downstairs unit water leakage likely caused by fan speed too high. Water droplets formed on coil fins were blown off by fan. Trane service representative downward adjusted fan speed from 2200 cfm to 1950 cfm. I also added a second air filter, two air filters on each AC unit, as the design air flow requirements on newer units are much higher than AC units built with R22 Freon before year 2000. See attached photos. My recommendation is stay with a TRANE APPROVED representative.
