  Our furnace clunked out toward the end of February 2021 and I called a different heating contractor and they quoted me over $5000 to replace our defunct one. I decided to get a second opinion, so called Hankwitz and they promptly came out and quoted me $3600. That is an incredible difference so I went with Hankwitz and they quickly scheduled a new furnace installation. They were punctual and professional and now low and behold we have heat!!

  The first time they came out for my AC I had no problem. The technician Kevin was very nice and did his best to help but I had to buy a new AC. I called yesterday about someone coming out to look at my gas hot water heater. We set an appointment for today and they told me it would be around late morning-early afternoon so I'm thinking between 10am-1pm well I waited and waited. Finally about almost 2 I call and ask if someone will still be coming. The woman on the phone Kay sounded annoyed and said yes someone will still be coming he has appointments before yours. Which I didn't think I was being unreasonable since it was after our set time which I had put my day on hold for. After she calls back and says ok he will be there in an hour. I think ok great I can wait. Well I waited until 4pm and then they called and said they needed to reschedule for tomorrow... 🙄
