  Dishonest. Will schedule and no-show repeatedly. **ignore the business response. They have been back and forth with scheduling and no-showing with us for 8 months after being paid for work. Have read similar complaints on other websites. Do your research and skip Hancock.

  Unfortunately due do to staffing and the most recent ice storm that had our power our for 5 days might be the reason we couldn't make it there. We are sorry we couldn't accommodate during that time.

  Took a long time to respond. Had to mop up after they left, did not get all grease off hood. Left garbage cans full of water in kitchen, weighed about 100 lbs each.
