This company Hall Oil I give a big shout out to to the installation of a brand new Generac generator. Outstanding service starting with the estimate to the final finish. A.J the electrician and his professional knowledge is outstanding I also include their plumber’s for moving a heat pipe for building code reasons related to the transfer switch for the generator. I used Hall oil company for their professionalism for the way they treat the public and my experience from the past as a veteran I belong to and organization called Rolling Thunder Mass Chapter 2, in a pinch they had our back and donated a big grill for the day thank you once again Hall oil Denise and Donna Joseph Paul Redanz

Hired Hall to do a gas fireplace insert. Aside from the fact that it took months and months - they refused to do the job with the house under construction which caused an even longer delay. The sales guy - named Webber - actually argued over this. The worst however, is that after sending me an invoice asking me to pay the balance which was only 35% of the total cost, Hall went back in the records to see how I paid for the initial installment. Without authorization, without notice, not even a phone call, Hall charged the card they found. I only found out by reviewing my account. I had to call four times. Finally, owner Ken Foster returned the call and then defended his shoddy customer service and free reign on my credit card. There are many places from which to get a gas insert. Find another.

They installed a new heating system in my house last week. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was a glitch and Mike the plumber was able to correct the problem. They are so great I baked them cookies. Thank you Hall Oil for my new system and for hiring a great crew. I would recommend them for big or small jobs.
