Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough about explaining everything that was wrong with my heating system and how everything worked. Not only did he do an amazing job installing everything but he is just an all-around great guy! His customer service is phenomenal and always showed up on time and returned my calls when I had questions. I really do not think I could say thank you enough to Ryan!

We purchased a house in March 2021 and the HVAC systems struggled to head and cool the house.  This winter on cold nights the heat just didn’t keep up.  I called Ryan and he came at 7:30am the next day.  During one visit the issue was solved.  I would defiantly recommend him to everyone.

Our furnace quit a few weeks ago and Ryan was recommended to us by a neighbor.  I called and he was at our house in a few hours, repaired it and it's worked great since then.   We plan to replace both the furnace and the heat pump this spring and we will definitely call him.  He's efficient, cost effective, trustworthy and reliable.  A very respectable young man.

September 2020 - Ryan has replaced our old  equipment with new and he did an excellent job.  Reliable and efficient young man.  Can't say enough good about him.  It's refreshing to have a service person actually do what they say they are going to do without having to purchase "extras".  Thanks Ryan for a  job well done!

I own a plumbing company here in Jefferson city. I run into quite a few people needing hvac work as well. In April 2020 I ran into Ryan (owner of half price heating and cooling) at a customers house and we exchanged phone numbers...ive recommended this man time and time again and not once has a single customer of mine been disappointed. His hvac business is his passion! His goal is to satisfy his customers period! I strongly urge anyone to allow Ryan with half price heating and cooling to be your HVAC guy. He hasn't let me down;-)

Had a new air conditioning system installed by Half Price Heating and Cooling, not even a year later, I'm having issues with my air conditioning working.  It's the middle of summer, and he refuses to come over and take care of it, even though, he says he offers a one year warranty on his work. He told me he wants to charge me an additional $161 so that me and my household can have working air conditioning in this 90ﾟ temperature that we're having here in Jefferson City, Missouri. How is that even possible if he guarantees his work for one year. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone that I know that needs to have any heating and air conditioning worked on to be done by this company at all.

Im sorry you feel this way but like Ive told you on SEVERAL occasions, when you work on this equipment yourself, You void mine, and the manufacturers warranty. And I would be very grateful if you would stop these outrageous fabrications of the the truth. I would be more than happy to come look at any issue you may be having free of charge, as long as your within your warranties guidelines. Please call me if you want to come to terms.
