  Quality Carrier air handler and heat pump with Professional installation. Hale’s team was easy to communicate with start to finish. If you wanted or needed anything they took care of it fast and without any questions. Supervisor’s dropped by to check everything from time to time. I took 10 bids.Their quality products and installation with fair pricing was the best fit for me. I would recommend them highly.

  Shannon did a super job. Every tech we've had has been friendly, well-qualified and responsive to all questions. I highly recommend Hale's. They maintained our old system for years, and installed a full HVAC system a little over a year ago. Installers were great and office staff is top notch as well. Five stars across the board.

  We could tell something was not right with our furnace. Found Hale's online and left message for service. They came out that afternoon and let us know our 36 yr old furnace was no longer operable. They had a new furnace available for installation the next day. With temperatures dipping below freezing, that is fantastic in this time of labor and equipment shortages. Definitely will call them again if needed.
