  This company is great to deal with. They installed a new unit for me a couple of years ago and they were great to deal with. This week I had an issue, more than likely due to a lightning strike, and they helped me isolate the problem and helped get the part to me. This was going into a holiday weekend and they were so helpful. Great company and great people to deal with. I appreciate their help and professionalism.

  I used this company for an AC repair last year and they were professional, responsive, and affordable. But I called today to see if I could schedule a routine maintenance check for my AC before the summer and was told that I'd have to call back in the spring to get on a list. I'm confused as to how calling far in advance is difficult to accommodate. My furnace and AC is 2.5 years old. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to call them when they're swamped with AC repairs.
