  H&H provided the winning bid to replace my furnace. I found every person I dealt with in this company to be pleasant, straightforward, and professional. My technician, Mike, was great. The price was reasonable (unlike what I was offered by others, which was frankly insane!). I highly recommend this company and plan to use again.

  The technician was great: personable. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do anything because he wasn’t equipped to service an oil boiler, and didn’t know that’s what I had. It should be standard practice for them to ask the client if they have oil or gas when scheduling. I gave all the info to Home Depot… I recommend you try to remember to mention that when you talk to them. The challenge now is for me to find another day off; today was perfect because it’s a holiday. I wish I couldn’t give a rating because they might be excellent at servicing boilers, so, this is only based on having the wrong technician come out: gas when needing oil.

  Steve is fantastic. During our routine maintenance, Steve was thorough and detailed, took time to go through his process and explain any future needs for the HVAC system, and was courteous with my staff and clients who were in the building. This is the service we've come to realize with H&H, and I highly recommend them.
