  Not a good experience. I was having them service a residence that I was not present at. I trusted them to follow through with what we agreed to on the phone. They did not show up when promised; told me they would be there Friday late afternoon or evening, showed up the following Monday late afternoon. I authorized the initial $99 payment over the phone and requested that they call with the additional amount of the work before they charged me. After the work was completed I left several messages and emails trying to find out the total amount of the bill, but no one would get back to me. I discover the following week they had made the unauthorized charge to my credit card. These charges included time and a half charges that I only agreed to pay if they were doing the work on Friday as originally scheduled. When I called to questions the charges, they kept passing the buck saying someone else was checking into it. They got their money, so their job is done. I would not recommend this company, it was a mess from start to finish.

  Let me start off by saying that this was the ONLY place (in the OV area) that had a plumber willing to come out on a Friday afternoon and fix a clogged drain. I'm actually glad all the other places said "no", because Mike from HE Neumann was great! Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, he got everything fixed up in a short time. This is the place to call if you need a plumber. Five stars!!!

  My family and I will call no one else for our HVAC, and plumbing needs. Fast, reliable, and honest. My not be the cheapest, but its the best. Their number is even written on our heater.
