The gentleman were on time and extremely polite. They covered everything in detail before the work was done and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when finished. The job they did was absolutely amazing and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to all family and friends. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give them a 15. They are just that good !!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I contacted my home warranty insurance around last September for my A/C not cooling and was assigned this company. They came out as scheduled and I was told the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. They said the would need to get approval to order the part, almost two months went by before I called the home warranty company because I hadn’t heard anything. Finally h&e calls and say they got an approval they send someone out to look at the serial numbers, even though I told them the first guy couldn’t see the numbers AND TOOK THE PART WITH HIM. We are now in 2022 Feb and I have not heard ANYTHING back from this company. I called today and Halley tells me I don’t think they ordered the part because of blah blah. No apologies for the zero communication or I’ll take care of this for you, NOTHING. This was a really bad experience and I just hope that the home warranty did not pay them because they did absolutely nothing.

Gina, sorry for all the issues you had to deal with. We always put our customers first and hate to see a unhappy customer. Please understand we have been doing everything in our power to help you. When dealing with Home warranty companies it gets to be a long waiting game. We can’t do or order anything without approval from your warranty company first. It is very important to have to correct model and serial number on your system to make sure the correct part is ordered, also the warranty company will kick the claim back without this information. Great company! Very happy to have found them to install my new HVAC systems. My older house definitely presented some challenges and the team rose to the occasion to leave me with a professionally installed system that is working great! Even after the job was completed, the whole team, back office and technicians have been very patient, answering all of my questions.
