  If I could give negative stars, I would. This "company" fully took advantage of my visually impaired mother. I WILL post video of the shoddy workmanship where the venting was not hooked up or sealed on any of the rooms. Did not install proper filter grills. Had no permits. Laid the return air down and did not attach with duct tape, a zip tie, Elmers glue NOTHING, but did not care to attach new system to duct work. Have had multuple companies out since who have advised this work could recieve several fines. Having to pay for all new work after paying H & D. Thought she had a deal(he really convinced her the price was normal although she knows now, quality equipment cant be purchased for his total charge.) The guy wanted an easy mark\simple paycheck, little work. He gotthe money, Mom got a TERRIBLE install, and some OTHER company will be getting another $5000. He was here 2 hours for a complete new system install.
