  My Aunt who is 85 years old had her A/C go out last week and the temperatures outside were still reaching 95 degrees even though it was the end of Sept 2019. I call HC Blake to service the unit, but they said they would have to work my Aunt in. They had so many calls for repairs they weren't sure they could get to her Friday afternoon nor Saturday, which meant she would be with out A/C for 3 days. Late in the afternoon, Dispatch called and said Hollis would take the call, even though it was already 5:00pm Friday afternoon. It turns out her transformer had blown and Hollis was able to fix if that Friday evening. I told Hollis I appreciated him staying late to get my Aunt taken care of , and he said if it was his Grandmother, he would want the same for her. That is the Kind of GREAT company HC Blake is. They go the extra mile, even when over loaded, to take care of there customers. I will always call them first! A returning Customer!

  If hanging up on a potential Customer because your phone doesn't have good signal with a bunch of background noise is good business to you I'm glad I didn't find out what your customer service is like
