  I called for delivery with an 1\8 of a tank remaining. Today we ran out of oil. When I checked my account I was charged for a delivery I did not receive. I called to check the issue with no answers. Where is my oil and since when do you charge for services not delivered. I'm very cold now and extremely angry. Your response shows a complete lack of paying attention. The call was made the week prior. The charge to my account occurred later on Friday. The oil wasn't delivered till the next Monday. I ran out sat afternoon. But thanks for taking my money first so I couldn't request delivery from someone else while my tank was empty. First and last time customer !!!!

  When did you call for delivery? Please call 570-366-1275 select fuel delivery or service option. Someone answers the phone 24hrs a day.

  My family has used HB Steele for years now. They supply all of our oil and we have always received exceptional service. Their expert technicians installed a very efficient new heating system in our home several years ago and we were very satisfied with the installation and are very happy with its continued great performance. Overall the company provides quality products, superb technical support using experienced staff, and great customer service.

  HB Steele is a great family run business and they are always very responsive and accommodating when I need home heating oil delivered. I use them at my personal residence and all my other properties!!
