  I tried calling them to check availability for a part. And Neil from the will call department not only hung up on me twice. But then suggested that I call his manager to address any issues I had on Monday because “ they’re really busy and can’t be bothered by my questions at this time “ all I wanted to do was sign up my company for an account and buy a couple parts for a homeowner who is 70 plus and has no heat. . Pathetic that because they’re the only ones in a twenty mile radius with these parts that they think they can treat potential customers anyway they want. I will never use them as a distributor again.

  What's not to like about the store they have everything you need for HVAC as well as many other things.

  30 + minutes in store, Twice now for simple cylinder exchanges. Not very friendly customer service. It really seems as though they do not want to help the lower dollar customers.
