  Came out for a service call and didn't completely render services. Now we're stuck without AC for almost 2 weeks because they won't come fix their mess-up. Also manager got snippy when I told them their tech didn't finish service; poor customer service

  Terrible service. Failed to keep two appointments without any attempt to call or reschedule. The owners do not keep their promises.

  These guys are great ! They knew within just a few minutes what our problem was, took care of it and even did a follow up to make sure we were up and still running! Thanks Gunlock ! Great job!
