Had the owner Todd come and inspect my ductwork. I thought I needed it cleaned but he told me it was a waste of money to do it. He wouldn't take any money for hie time. Nice to have a honest man and company in our area. Would highly recommend this company.

Very professesional!! High quality products and great price. Extremely knowledable about products and business. They also offer a lot of great advice about your interior air quality that you would have never known about! Things you need to know!! Have used them on 2 homes over a 20 year span! They stepped through my ceiling when installing a radiant barrier and did not pay to repair it. Todd will not respond to my calls or email. Do not use this company!
they paid for the companies to try to repair the hole but it was not fixed and I told them it was not. If he paid, that is his issue. I had to ask a male member of my church to talk to Todd and tell him the work on the ceiling was poor and unacceptable. This is the truth. At least Refund my money

This is not true; we paid 3 different contractors to make the repairs to your satisfaction; when you agreed that the 3rd contractor (which you selected to do the work) had completed it "Ok", I paid him like the first 2 contractors I sent out. This incident happened well over a year ago and we have tried repeatedly to meet your expectations, but it seems to be a moving target. I would love to  have you remove this review because is is untrue & deceitful toward my company. I have been is business 28 years and we have not made our way thru the past 2 decades by  treating people badly.

First, Todd came out to do an inspection. He was very informative, very helpful and has a charming personality.

Then, when we were finally able to schedule service (due to no fault of theirs, all ours) Dave, Brian and Kevin showed up!! Talk about a professional crew! We have never had such a positive experience within the service industry as we had with these guys! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, charming, funny, polite, down right perfect!! They did an impeccable job, cleaned our air ducts, and did quite a few things to the air handler and inside unit (I don't know the technical terms for the different pieces of equipment they fixed/cleaned), and went the extra mile (with a smile or two) when they uncovered something that shouldn't be there and corrected it. They explained what they were doing. They were very thorough. They were very friendly. They made the whole experience a positive one. And did I say, their work was impeccable?!? Whenever we need these services, we'll be calling Gulf Coast Air Care!! Thanks guys!!!

Oh my goodness, these guys are the greatest. They came out for a free inspection and gave us great (and thorough) advice on how we could fix the problem ourselves. Todd and Sam, you rock! Thank you, for your generosity and professionalism.

I highly recommend this company.  I called for a routine dryer vent cleaning.  This task was completed quickly, throughly, and carefully.  They were considerate of my property.  Very knowledgeable.  At the end, they asked if they could vacuum out my AC drain.  After noting that it did not drain at all, they proceeded to fix this issue as well in the same professional manner.  I've already recommended them to a friend.  I will call on them for my annual dryer vent issues.

It is refreshing to deal with professionals in the service industry like Gulf Coast Air Care.  Nathan came out to assess my situation and was professional and knowledgeable.  He explained what he was doing and even took a video to show me the inside of the system. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need.  We decided to have our evaporator coils cleaned- Dustin took care of this and was on time, professional and efficient… and he didn’t leave a mess.  Thanks for the great service.

Todd and his guys are great! Kevin and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. Even my wife was amazed at the time they spent cleaning up afterward! The job came in spot on with the estimate, and we can already see a difference in the performance of our air handlers and the dust level.
