  Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this company. The guy who pulls up to do your estimate has a cocky attitude already and drive a loaded out f-150 to do estimates you know your in trouble. Took him 2 days to send an estimate on a small house under 1300 square foot living, 11,248.00 for a lowest seer (14) 2.5 ton unit. $5,000 more than any other quote i got. These people are the prime example of ripping people off. I RECOMMEND BAYOU SIDE A/C & HEATING instead of these people.

  I only gave these people one star because there isn't a negative scale. I lost over $3000 in product because of these folks. My commercial freezer quit, called these guys he got there quickly. Serviced it and said it was fixed. Charged a reasonable price if it had truly been fixed. It was not! After 4 hours it was still at 30*+ called them back to come get it right before I lost product. No call back i waited and waited as my product continued to thaw and become unsalable. The tech finally called back at around 7:30-8:00am. the next morning, the tech. finally called with excuses why his phone was off and the like. Said it had to be the thermostat bad wanted to sell me a new one when mine was nearly new and had a cocky mouth. I lost over $3000 in product because of these people's incompetence. Called someone else, he came right out and recognized the evaporator was frozen and a pressure switch was well out of range, adjusted it, and everything worked great. Thanks "Sloan Refrigeration"

  Very fast and respectful service. My call was answered very quickly, and the service was excellent. He had my A/C back up and running in no time at all. Definitely a recommend!
