  We ordered a new heat pump/AC from Grove, but before it came in, our AC died. They were quick to respond and had someone come in to look at it. The technician who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. After spending 2.5 hours to get it back up and running, they gave us a bill for 0$ in light of the upcoming replacement. Not only did they do a great job of fixing an old system, but doing it at no cost was very professional and appreciated. Thank you!
