  When the installer decided to put the temp control on an unfinished wall we questioned it. Then when we finished the wall the entire system crashed. They cane for a warrantee call and ended up charging us 180 dollars. They said it wasn’t covered by warrantee bc it was an electrical problem. That’s absurd. I have never seen a company less professional and unaccomodating. A problem caused by a lazy installer and we had to pay for it. I do not recommend using Ground Source at all!

  It took 7+ months to get the heatpump working correctly. Hopefully it is. 15 months after installation their plumbing work at the hot water heater started leaking so it is rusting. Not covered under warranty. Apparently only the factory warranty of the unit applies not the work done to install the system.

  Tim and his crew did great work installing our geothermal system! From planning and sizing the unit for our insulated concrete form house to installation and service afterwards...GroundSource has exceeded our expectations every step of the way! And the system they installed has been fantastic!!
