  These two were prompt and on time, actually early! Showed up with a good game plan, and repaired my boiler quick and correctly. They gave good recommendations for preventative maintenance this next season and even told me what they could do to help my system work more efficiently. Will definitely use them again and promote them as often as I can as well!!

  First time customer…My appointment was scheduled for 8-10:00AM as I requested to be first of the day since I work 30 minutes away. I received no phone call telling me they were running behind. I called at 10:30AM and was told he should be there in 30 minutes. The tech arrived at 11:30AM. I received no apology for the delay from the office or the service tech. The tech was nice enough once he got here and I believe the schedule service was completed satisfactorily. However, I was very disappointed with their scheduling and lack of concern for my time/schedule.

  Prior company I purchased the unit from was bought out by Griffiths. The company was quick to respond to my call for maintenance and the worker was courteous and helpful with a problem with my furnace. They also remedied concerns with a warranty issue. I would recommend their services.
