Griffith Heating & Cooling Company came out to look at replacing old gas line to my fireplace. I figure would get an estimate and have to schedule another appointment to have fixed. This wasn’t the case, they assessed and told me they were able to do the serve in the same day! Very impressed with Mark  and their quick turnaround to the customer. Will definitely use again in the future for other services.

I called up Griffith Heating & Cooling  this morning to request a service on our wall furnace. They were able to get someone out same day! Mark, our technician, was so congenial, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and recommend some options to consider for ultimately replacing our old and outdated unit. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Griffith Heating & Cooling Company team was professional, timely, and efficient. Received a sensible estimate for the replacement of our AC ducts and associated components. In addition, the team came out the same week as the estimate and finished the ductwork in 1 day. Had our new ductwork in place, the AC back on, and cooling the house in no time. The crew from Griffith Heating & Cooling Company has been maintaining our Heating and Cooling system for a couple of months now. Their technicians have always been great and willing to answer my questions concerning the system and how to run it most efficiently. Recently one of the techs, gave our heating system a fall tune up and we are now ready for winter.

I was able to schedule an appointment for my evaporative cooler service in a very timely manner, just in time for the 80's to hit this week. The technician was very neat, professional, and personable. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.  He was very thorough, got the job done quickly, and the price was right!  Thank you so much!  We will definitely be calling Griffith Heating & Cooling Company  again, and recommending to friends and family.

The sales rep from Griffith Heating & Cooling Company provided excellent customer service and designed our new system so that we were comfortable in every room and happy with how the new layout would look. The installation process was seamless and he even followed up with us after installation to check everything was working properly as it should. I would definitely recommend them to all.

Greg was the technician that serviced my home.  He was very cordial, he walked in and immediately put the shoe covers on which I thought was very respectful.  He serviced my furnace and went over the concerns that he found and went over all the options to remedy this situation.  I was very impressed needless to say Griffith Heating & Cooling Company has the best repairmen and this is why l am a loyal customer.

Had an appointment for an AC tune up and the technician never showed up. Took work off to be at home and never got a phone call or any explanation. When I called there was no explanation. They just said sorry and would you like to reschedule. Having a “service plan membership” seems to have very little benefit. Steer clear of this company!

Long story short, I am a satisfied Griffith Heating & Cooling Company's customer! The new high efficiency furnace has exceeded our expectations. I mostly appreciated their honest recommendations. Others tried to oversell their products and services. Thank you guys!
