Dale installed a new thermostat to automatically switch from heat-pump to oil furnace.  His office called to say he would be a little late due to traffic.  Good to know.   He explained the programming, set-up the set points and made sure all systems functioned properly.  He was professional, personable and our dogs loved him.

Just had our first visit from Griffith (Dale).  He took the time to explain all of the different components of our heating system, made sure that we know how to get the best efficiency and installed a new thermostat. We are much more comfortable with the system and our home was more comfortable when he left.  We are very glad we went with Griffith.

My furnace shut off in the middle of the night the other night and Keefer came out to help drain the water out and get it going. He did a really good job of teaching me how to do it myself and explaining what the problem was. The next day it happened again, but it was because my water feeder was bad- I cannot remember the name of the guy who came out, but he was just as awesome as Keefer and reassured me everything would be fixed the next day. Dale came out Monday and replaced everything. He was awesome! Also this was all covered by my gold plan. I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg for these emergency visits- but it was all covered. I am so happy. Thank you guys so much for coming and tolerating my dog lol

Today I had to put in a service call and my tech was Rick Dietz. Our furnace has made a noise for quite a while and we have discussed this with other techs. Today when I talked to Rick he diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed in record time. I just want to let you know he did an amazing job and we could not be more satisfied.

Dale did a great job getting our furnace back up and running. Placed an emergency call, and he came right out, identified the problem, and fix it right away. The whole issue was fixed in under 30 min. We've used Griffith for years, and have always had great service.
