The team was communicative, informative, and expertly determined the problems with our heater. Always able to reach someone by phone! Very impressed with the response time both in being able to immediately reach someone and for them to come out the very next day to diagnose, especially with negative temperatures overnight. Had to have a new heater installed and the pricing was fair and excellent work done. They worked with our schedules and needs and checked in throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I would like to start by saying the initial visit to give us an estimate for a new boiler and a ductless ac system started out great. Greg came on a Saturday and spent nearly an hour going through all of the heating and cooling options we were looking for. 3 weeks later we still had not heard back, so we called to see what was going on with the estimates. What I got from the office person on the phone was a person who seemed mad that I was questioning why it was taking so long for an estimate. I understand that they are busy at this time of year, but it only takes 1 minute to send an email or make a phone call to let me know you are working on the estimate or you need more time.

Our heater was not working properly and was 41 degrees inside the house. Greg inspected and provided his plans. The “band-aid” plan was the cheapest at $1000+ dollars which was replacing the igniter. Obviously we can’t afford the rest since it was some $2k+ and due to the family living in the cold house we had decided to go with the band-aid plan. Apparently after he was done he then said in order to truly repair we must replace the whole unit which would be $21K which was the premium plan. He threatened that if we didn’t take the premium plan then he would be back the next Monday to take his “band-aid” back so we will be in the cold. After he left the heater still wasn’t even working. We gave it over the weekend to see if it would work but it still didn’t. Got a hold of his company the following Monday only to be told it must be discussed with him first and will give us a call back. Day after, apparently he will be out for the week. The next week no calls, no return calls no picking up our calls. He basically took advantage of us when we were in need the most. We had another company came out and saw that it was a circulation issue and fixed the circulation at no cost and heat is now working. I see positive reviews of Greg’s company yet on the night my family needed the most in the cold winter we were ripped off $1k and still nothing fixed. We were willing to pay his inspection fee of $300+ and just wanted the rest back since his “band-aid” did nothing. Poor customer services and greedy to take advantage of people’s most vulnerable situation. Stay far away from this company as possible. Not worth your money or time.
