  We had Greenwood install a furnace and provide Annual Maintenance for many years now. They installed an air conditioner for us this week and as usual, they were top-notch. Kyle and his team were on time, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. High marks for their professionalism as well. They left the work area spotless at the end of the day and were much appreciated for their hard work on our behalf.

  Greenwood Heating went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my furnace during the extreme low temperatures and snow recently. Due to supply chain issues, it looked like it would be a month before getting the required part, but they found one out of state and expedited the shipping and then their installation service. I am incredibly grateful for the way they did their very best to get my heat on in a very difficult time.

  Based on multiple recommendations from friends, we engaged Greenwood to add a heat pump (for heating efficiency and also air conditioning) and air filtration (for forest fire smoke), and also to replace our furnace and thermostat. The consultant was outstanding, and the installers (from Everett, I believe) were outstanding. The work was only recently finished, but at this point we're totally satisfied with the job Greenwood did. All of the tradespeople were excellent.
