  My HVAC motor went out on a Friday evening and Joel came out and was very friendly. Said he didn't have the part and would have to wait until Monday. Told us it was an old unit and would probably need to replaced within a year or two. Called on Monday to see what it would cost to just replace it. A different technician came out for measurements and told me he would go in and work on our estimate. Now 2 weeks later we haven't heard a thing from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Already went with another company and had it replaced. If you don't want to do the work or can't do it, just say so! I should get my money back for the service call since no work was done.

  We reviewed our files and found that we emailed you a couple quotes on April 4. It is possible it ended up in spam or we had an inaccurate email address. Our staff is always happy to help over the phone if you have an issue.

  This has to be by far the BEST heating & cooling company in Northern Arizona!!! Joel came out today and fixed my furnace that hasn't worked in a few years. (thank you space heaters lol) He was very professional, very polite, very respectful and had the nicest demeanor someone could have!! The price they charged me to come install everything was a lot less than I originally expected, so that was also a major plus!! They even had to order a part for the furnace and the part got here by the next day so I wasn't out even longer without heat. I will definitely use Greenway again if I have to and I will be recommending the company to everyone I know. The BEST customer service, hands down!!! :-)

  This company by far is the best in Kingman. The lady who answered the phone was very understanding, compassionate and professional. She worked with me to get a repair person to my home as quickly as possible. She understood my health condition and the need for the A/C repair as soon as possible. The repair person, Bill, was at my home the next and morning and the unit was fixed. Bill took the time and spoke with American Home shield so I could get reimbursed for the repair, He put everything that was needed by American Home Shield on the invoice so the reimbursement would go smoothly. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great, honest caring people.
