I do not know where to begin. I was looking into getting A/C. The salesman came gave me a price. I said I will call back when I get my roof fixed. He said they had a roofing department and it would only cost $1500 to repair. 2 guys went on the roof for 5 minutes. My father in law said there's no way they fixed it that fast. They insisted they did alot of repairs. After repair the roof continues to leak. I called back he tells me it needs to be replaced so a $1500 repair became a $3500 replacement. On top of that I already got the A/C installed from them. And now roof continues to leak I've been told by another company it was not done right and has to be replaced again! It was checked out by them 3 times before replacement. Seems like the roofing its a third party because I asked for direct number and they don't have one and no online information about the roofing part. I can't even get straight into contact with the roofing. I have to contact greenway so they can get in touch. The roofer came out unannounced when I wasn't home. Checked the roof and no call back after. it's been a week there's no communication. Not even a roofing refund will pay for this. As far as the A/C goes no complaints except I told the salesman where I wanted the compressor. He said that was the only spot to put it. They installed while my wife was home and not the spot I said. It's hard to trust and recommend after this.

Hired Greenway to install a new AC unit outside and coil inside. After receiving a few quotes from other companies, it was in the end Joe S. the salesman sold me on the company. The work was done on-time, and the technician went through what he installed, and explained the testing he performed. I am happy with the sales, service and install.

I contacted Greenway when my 80 year old heater quit on me. The owner of the company came out, assessed it, and gave me a quote for a new one within hours. At 8:00am the very next day, Kyle was at my front door ready to start replacing it. Everyone was very professional and I was happy to say my heating now works like a charm. I know it’s august, but the peace of mind I get from knowing my family won’t freeze in a few more months is worth more than money. I also received a price cut because I purchased it during off season so I am very happy.
