  I would like to give a big shout out to Jeremy. He came to my house and fixed my AC unit within a reasonable time. Was respectful and professional. I am very pleased with his service.

  We called for a repair and to install a new until - two separate services. They performed the service call and said they had to price out the new equipment, and would bill us (for both) after he had the information. We waited for months to be invoiced. We even called several times asking to pay for the service call. They said they would bill everything together. TWO YEARS later, we still had not received the information on the new equipment, and they send us a nasty post-due notice. We literally tried to pay them multiple times, were following their preference and procedures, and then not only did they never follow up on the new unit, they have the audacity to send us a notice as if we were derelict. We paid and will never use again. Horrible customer service!

  I had a bad experience with another popular A/C service the day before. All that technician wanted to do was sell me a new unit, mine is a split unit and he wouldn’t even go in the attic. I called Kevin, he came out the next day and had my A/C working in 15 minutes. He spent more time fixing the other guys mess ups than he did with the actual problem. I know I will be calling Greens AC first from this day forward. Thanks Kevin for your quick professional services!
