  Recently had them out to clean and check our fireplace. We bought the house recently and never used the fireplace. They were very professional and thorough. The technician was very personable, and showed me how to operate the gas starter. I was also impressed that he advised to have them out based on the number of fires rather than trying to sell me on getting it cleaned annually. Will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

  I wish I could say if they did a good job, but the technician never called and never showed up (and this was after 2 follow up calls to the office)
