  Great Peaks was an outstanding company to work from start to finish! I have 2 furnaces in my home and requested bids from companys selling Rheem, Lennox, Goodman and Bryant. I had read positive reviews about Carrier furnaces, looked on their site for a local distributor and ended up contacting Great Peaks. Ken was fantastic in assessing my homes furnace needs. He was the only HVAC contractor to measure my home to ensure he provided us with the correctly sized units. He was also the only HVAC contractor who informed me about proper codes and stated that we needed additional outside air in our basement now, due to the furnace room being in a more enclosed area after the basement was finished. Ken did not try to sell me any equipment I did not ask for and his bid was very fairly priced. After I contracted him for the job he always promptly responded to all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) The installation took 2 days (1 day for each furnace) and Ken, Brandon and Nathan all did their job diligently, professionally and were very courteous. You only buy a furnace once every 15 years (ish) and I could not be happier that I found Great Peaks. I'll definitely be giving them all my future business and will share them with all of my friends, family and neighbors!

  Great Peaks is my first choice for heating and air conditioning. We got three bids to replace our old noisy furnace. Thankfully, the most reasonable bid was from the most knowledgeable and courteous contractor. From the first call to the final inspection, Great Peaks did a fantastic job. Ken completely understands the mechanical systems and patiently explained the replacement options so we were very comfortable with our decision. Now we are very comfortable in our warm, cozy, quiet home. Great job. Highly recommended.

  We have used Great Peaks for HVAC service and installation at our two previous homes, but recently moved out of their normal service area. My furnace stopped working last night and after striking out with other local vendors(waiting for callbacks, no availability, etc), I called Great Peaks again. Not only were they friendly and willing to drive out of their normal area, but they sent a tech today and diagnosed and serviced our furnace. They've been amazing to work with and would recommend them for anyone!
