  I was out and about in the free world last weekend and found a lady with a Great Lakes CAP shirt on and thought i would ask some questions about the program. She introduced herself as Liz and explained a few of the really neat services your institution does for the community. I never knew there were such great programs available and she was able to answer all of my questions and i didn't feel judged. It was very nice of her to take time from her day to educate me on the services and again, i thank her and your organization. I would love to check in with you soon about the ride service program!

  Kousma Insulation Willard was at my house today the three employees were very courteous and professional Installing insulation in attic thanks Ann Gottfried this is a great start I hope in near future I can have roof replaced then I will be able to stay in this home the rest of my life the electric bill should be allot more affordable thank you Greg fosco
