  Have not been very help ful since they closed due to covid. The online number takes forever to get through and if yiu do then you get some one who don't know what to do cause they don't work in that department. And I sent all info they needed and they still want more and don't return phone calls dame day it's always a week or 2 later

  The ladies that work here at the OPA in Great Falls are very pleasant and helpful. I've had to file fair hearings a few times now in regards to the pathways program and my TANF case and the ladies that work at this opa have been more than supportive when it comes to the issues that I was trying to get resolved very helpful and I did get the issues resolved partly thanks to them. So yes I highly recommend this office and talking to the ladies here instead of talking to the ladies at the pathways program about anything that's in regards to TANF or child support....PATHWAYS SUCKS, HOPEFULLY THE STATE WILL FIND A DIFFERENT AVENUE TO UTILIZE FOR THEIR TANF RECIPIENTS.

  Wait times are the worst part here and especially with the call in process. Short staffed due to Covid.. go figure.. but got stuff figured out.
