  Grawey have been our heating and cooling business since we moved here 25 years ago. They've always gotten to us quickly, have always been reasonably priced, and willing to spend the time explaining what needed to be done and why. Will remain a loyal customer

  I changed my day around to be available for the time they had to come give me a quote on a new furnace. This was at another address so I had to drive there. 15 mins after the appointment I called to see where they were, Mary just said, "Oh he's not coming" that's it. I said well why didn't you call? well I was just going to call everyone for the day to cancel. This was at 11:15 am. My apt was for 11. A decent company even if it's a family emergency will call right away. Her communication was poor, not truthful and cost me money away from my job.

  As I remember this, yes, we did cancel without any warning, but I also tried to explain that Ron had a medical emergency. Sorry it didn't work out to your expectations, not much I can do when he is rushed to the emergency room unexpectedly.

  If there were negative stars, this place would have them. Our service call was canceled because we had at least some heat...electric heaters we had plugged in. We also expressed our concern that we had a gas leak! Low priority?! No availability for another week. Very unprofessional. You do not want to deal with the female owner. Call anyone else but Grawey.
