  Had an excellent experience Gratiot Heating and Cooling. I had a water heater go out and within 2 days they had given me an estimate and had installed my water heater during a heat wave, when they were extremely busy. It wasn't we can't get to it for a week, it was "we're busy but we will fit you in and get this done". They did, within two days of receiving my call and actually came in under the estimate. Would reccomend them to anyone and will use them myself next time I have a need.
