  Was planning to replace my AC next year, but unfortunately it decided to fail early. Called Grateful on Wed morning, they were out that afternoon to diagnose and patched it enough to run overnight. To my surprise, they were able to move things around and had a whole new system installed by Friday afternoon. With a pregnant wife at home, the timely service was a premium! All of their staff have been great and super friendly over all the visits and the install is something to be proud of. The crew cleaned up the space nicely afterwards to boot. Very appreciative of the work completed and would recommend them to any of my friends and acquaintances for sure!

  Very efficient service. I needed a part replace, the work was done within a couple of hours for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

  On Friday May 7, 2021at a property on SE Amyris Ct, Stuart FL I witness two Grateful AC employees intentionally release freon from a system into a bucket of water while they casually sat in their vehicle. It was clear this was a regular practice and they were not concerned that what they were doing violates our Clean Air Act and their EPA certification (if they have one). I attempted to make contact with the company to resolve the matter following this even with two calls and a voicemail explaining who I am, where I was at, and what I saw. I recieved no call back and after several days files a complaint with the EPA for this. I cannot recommend any company that knowingly conceals or supports staff intentionally breaking the law and harming our environment.
