My forced-air electric furnace was making funny noises. I made an appointment and they were prompt. Technician diagnosed problem and repaired it within 1hour. Not cheap, but work well done.

Had Grassi install a new furnace in my house after diagnosing that my heat exchanger in my 21 year old furnace had cracked. Always showed up promptly, provided professional, friendly service, and left me with HEAT! Would highly recommend their services to any friends. I don't have much to compare pricing to (relatively new homeowner), but just comparing furnace tune-ups with another local company, they were $30 cheaper, and I have no reason to believe their service is any less.

Had a plugged condensation drain and about 5 gallons of water had accumulated in one of the ducts. Water was dripping from the air vent. Grassi responded very quickly and Chris worked very efficiently to resolve the problem. My only complaint is that I was charged $223.00 for 1.5 hours of work when no parts were necessary. That seems excessive to me.
